In light of the productive collaboration between Kuwait University and various government and private ministries and organizations, Al-Khawarizmi IT Training Center organized a training workshop for employees of the Government Performance Monitoring Department, titled "Statistical Analysis Using SPSS," which was presented by Dr. Suleiman Ali Al-Rufai, Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs for Evaluation and Measurement.

Engineer Maha Al-Qadoumi, the center's director, stated that this workshop marks the beginning of the center’s efforts to offer workshops and courses in the field of information technology to participants from outside the university, whether individuals, ministries, or government and private organizations. The goal is to spread technical awareness and contribute to the development of work and skills among individuals, enabling them to keep pace with technological advancements.

Al-Qadoumi added that the center is preparing to offer more workshops and evening courses for all segments of society once the work at the advisory office is completed.
